Cap Care Guide

To help your cap maintain its shape, color and overall quality, we recommend the following care instructions. Proper care will extend the life of your product and keep it looking its best.

1. General Care Tips

  • Store your cap in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight.

  • Avoid crushing or folding the visor/brim to preserve its structure.

  • Do not machine wash or tumble dry unless the product label states otherwise.

  • Keep away from excessive heat sources (radiators, hair dryers, etc.).

2. Washing Instructions (Standard Fabric Caps – Cotton, Polyester, Fleece)

  • Hand wash with cold or lukewarm water.

  • Use mild detergent.

  • Gently rub with hands or a soft cloth — do not scrub aggressively.

  • Rinse well and reshape before air-drying.

  • Do not bleach, iron, or wring the cap.

3. Faux Leather / PU Caps

  • Do not wash in water.

  • Wipe the surface with a soft, damp cloth.

  • Use a small amount of gentle soap only if needed.

  • Allow to air dry naturally.

  • Avoid alcohol-based cleaners, bleach, or abrasive materials.

4. Wool / Knit / Bouclé Style Caps

  • Spot clean only.

  • Use a lint roller or soft brush to remove dust.

  • If deeper cleaning is needed, use cold water and dab gently with a cloth.

  • Do not soak, machine wash, or tumble dry.

5. Sweatband Care

  • If the inner band becomes damp from sweat, allow the cap to air out after use.

  • To freshen it, wipe gently with a lightly soapy cloth, then rinse and dry.

  • Never use bleach or strong chemicals inside the cap.

6. Shape & Fit Preservation

  • Use the adjustable strap instead of stretching the cap by force.

  • When not in use, place it on a flat surface or hang it to avoid deformation.

  • Avoid storing it under heavy items.

7. Stain Removal Tips

  • Treat stains as soon as possible.

  • Use mild soap + cold water only.

  • Do not use strong stain removers, fabric softeners, or bleach.

8. Travel Care

  • Pack your cap by filling the inside with soft clothing to maintain its shape.

  • Do not store it folded or compressed for long periods.
